I went to Jen for a haircut for the first time and she turned my world around! She did exactly what I wanted I couldn’t be any happier with my results, I will be coming to her for my haircuts from now on. Perfect!
Deserves zero stars. Jen didn’t seem to understand the concerns I had about my hair, and seemed fairly dismissive when I explained it became very thinned out over the last several years. Shedidn’t seem to understand my goals seeing the few photos that I’d showed of past great haircuts from a long time stylist who knew how best to handle this hair (retired). This does not deserve one star. My sister recommended Jen - but she has poker straight thick hair that has none of my issues. Unfortunately, Jen didn’t seem to understand the concerns I had about my hair, and seemed fairly dismissive when I explained it became very thinned out over the last several years, and at a fraction of it’s former density (annoying me greatly to refer to a thin dry mass of hair as coarse and thick-it's coarse from heat damage and extremely thin in spots) very unmanageable, especially w/my low porosity... read more
