I went there to get a colour and a hair cut. When I got there they told me, that we are going to colour your hair before the haircut and I said what is the reason. So I said I want to cut my hair first and then get the colour then they said looking at each other (David owner) and his son saying towards me what a fag. You are the one who is paying for the service, you have the right to tell them how you want the service to be done. Bad customer service experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. Not even worth my time.
l had a appointment about 2 days ago.l was crying for help some other salon has my hair orange.That l was so embarrassing. Well the work done in the La.hair design was amazing the people the team.The kindness and costumes service is amazing. l had my hair done by Lianna she is amazing thank you for the job well done.
They give you one price over the phone and another when you check out. Crooks
