I was very pleased with the service on our Generac from Carthage Air. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. They are definitely a 5 star company.
We had them remove and remount a minisplit. They did excellent work, very professional and courteous. We were highly pleased with the job they did. They informed us of what they were doing and why. We will use them for all of our units.
