Fantastic company and employees. Honest and trustworthy and available all the time with an answering service. They installed my attic insulation and service my A/C when there is an issue and I have the maintenance plan. They explain issues, are upfront on costs and possible delays with getting a part, and make preventative suggestions like a surge protector on the unit (given all the power surges the last two years). Highly reccomend this business!
Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. My air conditioner problems were very difficult to diagnose, but they persisted and corrected a problem that two other air conditioner repair companies could not correct. Service was punctual and reliable. Prices were consistent with what I expected for this service. They did the service requested and did not make any effort to up-sell me or replace units that could be repaired. I would rate them as honest, trustworthy, capable, responsive and reliable.
