This place has gotten ridiculous. You can only get your chicken cut in fours , we're not children. And if you're not bilingual and not latino , they're not helpful towards you. The workers don't even know the address. The managers are and inexperience. They don't tell the truth. Pollo tropical is not better again i encourage people to go to poyo tropical more. I don't recommend this place
