Great experience service fast and good
This is the 3rd visit in a row when they couldnt get my order right. I ordered red beans instead of black beans. I noticed the receipt didnt say anything about a substitution of the beans. I went back to the cashier. I pointed it out again that I wanted to make sure I got red beans. She said yes. I watched the cook make my order with balck beans and cover it and put it up front to be bagged. That's when another girl told him it was supposed to be red beans. La chica Valeria fue muy atenta y su servicio al customer service fue increíble, lo que no veo justo es que sea una sola persona atendiendo a tanta gente y sin ningún respaldo de nadie, aun así supo sobrellevar la situación y sacó todo de manera correcta. Pregunté también por el manager o la manager y al parecer no se encontraba.
