Disappointing! I had Papa a la Huancaína and Lomo Saltado. The first one was a pile of potatoes with a watery cream that tasted nothing like "aji amarillo" or cheese. The second one was somehow tasty, in its own way, but not even close to the real Peruvian flavor. No excuse! All the necessary ingredients are available. This is just glorified fast food. The service was good, at least at the counter. I had my food to-go
