The staff is super nice, and the doctor is so sweet, and is very caring, down to earth.
Staff has always been friendly. But over the past 9 years of doing business there was a few hick ups of prescription being way off and lengthy times upwards of 2 months for glasses to be ready but the last time was a deal breaker when my frames were damaged and they said it was covered under warranty and for the last 6 months ive been getting the run around being told they will be here soon we will call you when they are ready.
