I confirmed my insurance and everything was covered. I had frames already but the lady at the desk was insisting on getting frames with them because “not all glasses are approved for their lenses” anyways, I picked a pair of glasses. My insurance covered them 100% because I made sure of the price because I didn’t need frames but she was pushy about it. I scheduled appointments for my daughter and husband for eye exams and confirmed how much the appointment would be. I was told we had a $10 co-pay for the eye exam, and then the person who handles the billing was explaining the co-pay for glasses. I explained that we just needed the prescription for their glasses, as we purchase from Zenni Optical online. I confirmed again that we would only owe a $10 co-pay for each of them.
