Very fast, with super nice staff.
I have received the absolute best care and love the team there, they seem to care and always communicate way ahead of time. Keep up the great work!
It should be callled, "Grim Reaper Clinic". There is no care for the veteran, only the medical staff. Refusals are common, ignoring veteran health complaints is normal. When the veteran complains, they refuse to see you anymore and tell you to find another provider. This is followed up by certified mail threatening disciplinary measures against the veteran.
They do not listen, pick what they want to treat, and schedule you for denials. Very poor treatment; no respect, actually disrespect. I enter appointments with 100% doubt that any diagnosis will be correct. This clinic set me up for denials and no further treatment. Two weeks later, I suffered a stroke. They blamed me, and after 13 months, I am getting my first follow-up for the stroke.
