Worst Administrative Staff I have ever dealt with. Of the 15 people that we interacted with - exactly two had any sort of care for any of the patents. Admin was negligent on informing us of anything. Fortunately we had friends and family that helped us avoid some serious issues. This place is a death trap for those that don’t have any other choice. Don’t go here.

If you want your loved one to pass away, by all means, place them here. However, if you want them to be properly cared for and treated with respect, find other resources. I am truly in awe that this establishment is still open, given the alarming reviews. Unfortunately, I lost my grandmother in October due to their negligence. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Your loved one’s life is too precious to risk here.

Lord knows if I had a choice to send my son to another facility I would have my son complain everyday about these Cna and nurses not doing they job they let these folks lay in feces all-day something needs to be done about this from the office to the staff if you don't like your job why work there but yall show want these folks money I think I need to talk to state board people I think it need to be closed down
