It was extremely pricely for the quality of the unit. It need a severe overhaul and update of the apartment. The unit was worn out dated and full of cockroaches. I had to move the bed so my granddaughter didn’t fall off the bed and there was peanuts under the bed. The cleanliness was disgusting. The filth and cockroaches beside the fridge was also appalling. Find somewhere else! For that level of tariff, not impressed. Faced with a ‘back in 10 minutes’ sign at reception, I waited over 10 minutes, with a growing queue behind me, and resorted to calling the phone number supplied. I had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of steps. Did not notice any warning on the booking site that there is no lift. The explanation about keys was factually incorrect, and the lock looks loose and dodgy. It took a while to work out how to get out of the garage. wish I could give zero stars. This so-called “luxury” apartment is a complete joke. It’s so dirty, infested with cockroaches, and the maintenance team couldn’t care less. Management clearly cares more about collecting rent than providing a livable space. The supposed “luxury” features are laughable. Finishes are outdated, amenities are broken or non-existent, and the noise from neighboring units is relentless. I am very disappointed with the level of service at this hotel. The room ventilation was poor, making it uncomfortably hot to sleep. We were informed that a $300 bond would be held, which we understood. However, despite not causing any physical damage or smoking in the apartment as stated in their terms and conditions they refused to return our bond, and they are using $110 of that for a cleaning fee, due to us leaving rubbish bags neatly in the corner before we left, which is ridiculous.
