Recently booked 3 apartments for overseas guests coming to Australia for a family wedding. The apartments were a good size but very poorly cleaned and maintained. Balcony chairs and tables were rusted making them unusable, windows were filthy, there was mould growing around the shower cubicle, the dishwasher had grunge in it. We couldn't get the TV off one channel, the pool, spa and sauna were all out of action and the bedrooms needed a really good clean. The managing agents understanding of basic legislation is extremely concerning! I would never EVER leave my property in their hands! Unprofessional, lie, gaslight, ignore, misinform, verbally threaten….list goes on! Utterly appalling!
perfect really good near pac fair and great restaurants and cafes in the morning
Fantastic location, huge apartment and fully renovated and friendly staff
Roomy units with everything you need for a comfy family holiday..will stay here again
