I was tasked at work in a barbacoa pitch in type of potluck to bring in the best barbacoa possible since I work in New Braunfels TX, just up north of SA. Of all the places I know, I knew La Grande on the Southside of SA would not disappoint. I was not wrong, people were asking about where the barbacoa came from, saying it was real good, and I informed them of La Grande on Pleasanton Road in the Harlandale area. I will definitely continue to go back!

When I go back to visit, this is the place I for Barbacoa, buracho beans and Tamales.. They have homemade tortillas.. Every thing is so delicious ! Let's not forget, they run specials! This helps the pocket book. Just know this is NOT a dine in restaurant. Sorry about no pictures..Next time
