The best empanadas and taco / Hispanic food!
Stopped by this spot and couldn’t help but grab a variety of empanadas and sides. Each empanada was generously filled, hearty, and packed with flavor. The staff was welcoming, and the food truly delivered an easy 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I found La Gran Empanada this weekend at Sandbrock Ranch at their community event. Honestly coming from a country where empanadas are eaten on a regular basis this was either make it or break it. Chef Carlos really hits the bar high with this delicious empanadas and amazing side sauce. I personally loved the Ham & Cheese and Beef. I could have eaten 4 Ham & Cheese no questions asked. La Gran Empanada was gracious enough to donate an entire Thanksgiving meal to us after my husband was in an accident leaving him in a wheelchair. The food was INCREDIBLE, service immaculate and we are so grateful they provided us this meal when we didnt think we would even be home for thanksgiving. We are forever thankful and cannot speak highly enough about their food.
We had an event yesterday, and as always I got hungry. I walked right over to LA Gran Empanada food trailer, and I was not disappointed. The food was fresh and extremely flavorful. The little bit I had left to take home for lunch today was even better. I ordered 3 chicken tacos with a side of rice. Absolutely wonderful. I will be hunting them down when I am close to the area.
