I had high hopes for LA Golf shafts given all the hype, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The performance was underwhelming — I noticed no improvement in distance or consistency compared to far less expensive options. The feel was harsh and unforgiving, and despite multiple fittings, nothing seemed to dial in correctly. To make matters worse , the customer service was equally frustrating. Absolutely incredible service. Nothing was too much hassle, any issues dealt with immediately. Customer service team (Kaylyn especially) are a credit to this company.
