Decent selection, friendly staff, and pricing is overall reasonable.
I got my ring resized and the day I picked it up everything looked good. But the next day I noticed a diamond missing. I've had zero issues with my ring but now all the sudden it's gone the day after I got it back. I went in to talk to them about it and they said they would contact the goldsmith and get back to be on Thursday. I waited for a phone call and nothing. I want to share my review, I was expecting good services but unfortunately I got bad experience with LA Gold. 6montgs ago brought jewelry but ended up Fade looks very weired.I told to them They said can't do anything about.Waste my money totally.
Trusted them to send my wedding bands away for re-saudering. Perfectly done. Returned in the time frame initially given to me. Excellent service. 👌🏽
