I got my ring resized and the day I picked it up everything looked good. But the next day I noticed a diamond missing. I've had zero issues with my ring but now all the sudden it's gone the day after I got it back. I went in to talk to them about it and they said they would contact the goldsmith and get back to be on Thursday. I waited for a phone call and nothing. So I called today (friday) and they say the goldsmith doesn't work near that side of the ring when resizing so they won't help me at all. No solution just sorry s... read more

I want to share my review, I was expecting good services but unfortunately I got bad experience with LA Gold. 6montgs ago brought jewelry but ended up Fade looks very weired.I told to them They said can't do anything about.Waste my money totally.

We went to a few ring places but LA was our first, i can confidently say no where else had a ring or deal like LA! As we went to other places my mind was still stuck on the LA Gold rings i tried, none topped them for me! if you’re wondering where to start looking for your ring (or maybe you have smaller budget) then LA will be a perfect place for you. they range from high end prices to more standard, and carry WAY more jewelry then just rings! they’re amazing and i can’t wait to go shop again!
