Dr. Lafranca wanted a 3D mammogram for something she felt on my breast; I was assured multiple times by her office staff that my insurance would cover this, with one nurse promising me she would do whatever paperwork required to get it covered, and to trust Dr. Lafranca's judgement. I've been fighting a huge bill with their radiologist's office for over six months since.
Love Love Love! Dr. LaFranca and her team were truly a blessing throughout my pregnancy being that I was new to the area and didn’t have an OBGYN. She stepped in and covered every detail, answered every concern I had, and really monitored my high risk pregnancy. The delivery went great and the experience was overall excellent. God couldn’t have placed me and the baby under better care!
I have been going to Dr. LaFranca for 10 years now. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great OBGYN!
