You cannot buy food here. This is not a storefront bakery, this is a factory. They really need to update this. I had my mouth set on a croissant!
YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION
Every time I come here I get the best almond croissant I've had since I was in France, and the service is always excellent with very nice happy people. Et, Je peux goûter le beurre de culture !
This place is very unsanitary I never would have thought that until I had a chance to work their inexperience it myself it's several things that's the issue they drop their breads and pick them back up off the floor and sent them out to be sold I have been a baker for almost 15 years they are cutting dough on wood tables which can have wood chips in the bread dough they also use a metal scraper to scrape the dough out of the mixing bowls and then put it on a wooden table which can leave metal particles in the dobread no bear... read more
