I took a Barre class and it was awsome. I work out a lot with weights and yoga and cardio classes. This was very different and a great workout! I loved it!
Everyone is so welcoming and inviting. Instructors really go outta their way to remember your name and level or if you have an injuries/ restrictions. I signed up to try out the barre class but ended up loving every class. I’m absolutely obsessed.
I took my first class today and it was so good. The instructor was really nice and welcoming!
I love going to Partricia, Carol, and Christina's classes during the week. Classes are intimate, always very inviting. I came in with zero strength and no experience of yoga, pilates or barre. Thanks to this studio I have way more confidence, strength and motivation to keep an active lifestyle.
La Forme Studio is an amazing women owned business. Everyone knows your name at La Forme! Don't think you can say that about the corporate gyms. Support your local community!
