This was my first time trying Barre Pilates and Yoga. I tried the 2 week newcomer intro membership. It was so worth it! I got to take classes with Christina, Rebecca, and Patricia; each was very welcoming, helpful and motivating. The environment cultivated here is so positive. I enjoyed the experience here as a whole and I ended up signing up for the upgraded membership. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family!

Took a barre class with Rebecca and really enjoyed the entire workout! Every move and exercise worked out all my muscles and challenged me. I had fun with how intense the class can be but was worth it. Definitely would take it again :)

I enjoyed the class, had a very good experience. The studio was very clean with a positive tone as soon as you walk in. and Ms. Christine is an excellent instructor who took us through a variety of exercises that targeted different muscle groups.I found the class a bit challenging but managable. A great class for all women who .are looking to get fit

My first time experience here was amazing! Amanda did a wonderful job checking in on me as a first timer and leading the class with grace and ease while also kicking our booty! Highly recommend, she made us all feel welcomed and supported throughout class.
