I took my daughter here to shop for her junior prom. By chance we entered into the outlet store. The two ladies working this day are wonderful! I cannot say enough about the customer service. We had several great options picked for try on. My daughter said “yes” to the third dress. We will absolutely be back for future events. If you are looking for formal wear GO HERE. You won’t regret it.
The entire staff at the Springfield, IL location was so very helpful. I worked with Emme, who was amazing throughout the my experience!
I showed up an hour before closing and only 2 days before getting married, I had a dress and I wasn’t in love with it, so I just wanted to see if maybe I could find something else. They didn’t have much in the main bridal shop that was in my budget, but they have an additional store that is their outlet. The outlet is only open on the weekends, but they were kind enough to open it up for me to take a Quick Look. The first dress I tried on was THE dress! Fit me perfectly! Can’t thank these ladies enough!!
Great selection and customer service
I absolutely LOVED my experience here! Everyone is as so helpful, especially my stylist Emmy! She picked out GORGEOUS dresses and it was so hard to pick my favorite one! I didn’t try on a single dress I didn’t like and ended up leaving with the most perfect gown :) HIGHLY recommend!
