My girlfriend and I had dinner at La Forchetta da Massi in downtown Pueblo last week, and it was easily one of the best meals we've had out in a long time — five stars all around. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit — warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to recommend dishes and wine pairings without ever feeling rushed or scripted. Ive been to Italy. This place is truly authentic and truly amazing. I cant have gluten and they had so much I could still have and there was no difference in quality and taste. We are from Omaha Ne, in town to coordinate at wedding. A visiting family to the college I work at heard I was going to Pueblo and instantly recommend this place. My husband and I agreed we will make this place a tradition since we are in Colorado often. Thank you!!
La Forchetta is now one of our top favorites, and honestly the best authentic Italian food in the state of CO! We have tried multiple menu items and not a one of them do we regret. The family that owns it is so sweet and genuine. It also says a lot about them when each of them come to your table to see the meal is. Overall, a fantastic experience! Thank you!
Thanks to the waitress and owners for showing us such respect. Food is fantastic with large portions, prices are resonareas...and every thing tastes fantastic. The way Italian should. As good as my Nonna would make it!
