Monica is a blessing. Moving to a new state is already stressful enough, but Monica made the process of moving in to my new home delightful.
I wish I could give zero stars. We’ve lived here for years, and since August 2025 our AC has been broken. Despite countless maintenance requests for over six months and repeated promises that it would be fixed “next week,” nothing has been done. Going without air conditioning for months is unacceptable. To make matters worse, our water bill has reached nearly $600 per month, which is far beyond our actual usage. Welcome guys to Vetra Hustbourne. I recently lived here and was shocked by the utility costs. In my final month, I was charged about $418 🤬🤬 for water and utility fees alone, even though I lived there for only 25 days before moving out. I found that unbelievable. After all the charges were deducted, I received only $68 back from my security deposit. I have lived in Kentucky for 4 years, and this is the first time I have experienced utility charges this high. The best thing about this place is Ms.Monica. any problems I have, she is always on top of it. If I need restaurant recommendations she's got them. She knows the area so well. Shes so nice and kind. I never feel like im a bother to her (and I know I can be). Let me make this 100% clear, I WOULD NOT BE LIVING HERE IF SHE WAS NOT HERE!!! Ms.Monica is the sunlight of this place.
