Our chef Sal was born in Sant'Andrea, Calabria and has had a passion for the culinary art since a young boy. He held a position as the Head Chef at Colonial Manor, a catering hall in Old Tappan New Jersey, for 10 years. In 2000, Sal and his wife Cathy opened La Fontanella and have since expanded their restaurant with the addition of a private party room.
