La Fontana needs a total makeover. It's old and in disrepair. The pool is just not nice, the bathrooms are creepy as are the dark, dank, moldy hallways. Environmental hazards are everywhere and the building smells like smoke. Pay attention to the back of the building where the recycling bins are often overflowing with trash, not recyclable. The elevators are not reliable and are very worn.
