What an amazing place, everything is so good. A fantastic spot for birthdays, anniversaries, and dates. You really can’t go wrong with any of the food or cooking options.
We’ve been coming here for years and have had amazing experiences. Sadly last night was my daughter’s birthday and the service was terrible! The server needed more training. Two other servers had to step in to help him. Our party of 7 took 3-1/2 hours for the meal. Our waters were constantly out, no refills, the cheese sat for 20 minutes while the pots steamed waiting for someone to come mix them. Same with the meats and chocolate. It was not busy either. World`s best fondue,really beautiful place and excelent service
Love the atmosphere, and food was fresh and delicious. Our servers were very inconsistent, and our table burner did not work right, which is key to fondue. At first not hot enough for the server-of-the-moment to make the cheese fondue, then too hot in the next course with oil splattering on me and my guests. I thought we'd get more attention from the manager on site, but it was as if they thought it was fine. Because of the dysfunctionalities, our meal took an hour longer than the table next to us. I won't go back.
