My dog has a life threatening infection, pyometra. The vet is wonderful but the owner doesn’t deserve to work around animals. She told me to get out and refused to let my dog be treated there after I’d already agreed to treatment, they had already took my dog back and she told me I could pay half now, (of $800) and half when I pick her up. She asked for $500 and when I said, “Oh, she told me I could pay half of $800 today the girl did the math and it was just over $400. Whenever I bring my pet in for an appointment, they always address both of us by name and make us feel welcome. They really make an effort to get to know their patients here. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. I'm always able to get my pet in to be seen very quickly. They were ready for my pet and me right after we arrived. We spent less than ten minutes in the waiting room. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns... read more
