I like their arrangements and personally received one before. I came to the store to order for a special event and instructed to contact the owner via email. The staffs in the store were friendly, but the person who's managing the email was horrible at responding. I keep following up, finally got a reply and sent another for more inquiries but no response. I decided to bring my business elsewhere.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady with a Russian accent pushed a small bundle of wilted carnations on me. Before I even had a chance to say no, she had already cut the stems, leaving me with little choice but to take them. Then she charged me $44. Very disappointing, especially considering the price and the condition of the flowers.
5 stars for the customer service of the young lady working the front desk. Unfortunately, the flowers here are not fresh. I’ve received numerous arrangements from here over the years and the bouquets have never lasted more than a couple days yet somehow the prices are the highest I’ve seen in the area.
I visited your shop because I had heard that you specialized in premium flowers, and I wanted to buy a beautiful bouquet of roses and peonies to celebrate my wife’s birthday. There were some roses already in the cooler, but they looked fully bloomed and were beginning to wilt. I specifically selected fresh white and light lavender roses from a newly arrived batch because they were still unopened and much fresher.
