I’ve purchased bouquets in person from La Floreria by Scenterpiece and have also ordered floral arrangements online multiple times, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The flowers are always beautiful and fresh, and the staff are incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. Their attention to detail and excellent service make every experience a pleasure. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I like their arrangements and personally received one before. I came to the store to order for a special event and instructed to contact the owner via email. The staffs in the store were friendly, but the person who's managing the email was horrible at responding. I keep following up, finally got a reply and sent another for more inquiries but no response. I decided to bring my business elsewhere.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady with a Russian accent pushed a small bundle of wilted carnations on me. Before I even had a chance to say no, she had already cut the stems, leaving me with little choice but to take them. Then she charged me $44. Very disappointing, especially considering the price and the condition of the flowers.
