Both phone numbers do not work, emails were never replied to. Paid for a premium arrangement and got what looked more like a standard. Not worth the money spent.
Unbelievably disappointing. Forgot the chocolate I paid for, flowers dead. Cost $120 for this garbage.
Very dissatisfied with my purchase. I paid $150 for a sympathy arrangement. The flower cross had very little flowers and hardly any red roses. It looked like a joke. Nothing alike the picture Victoria showed me, she said it would look identical to the catalog picture and it didn't, not one bit when I went to pick it up the next day. I do not recommend.
