This is my second time ordering flowers for my wife. The first time was for her birthday, and there was a bit of a problem with the order. La Fleurel was kind enough to issue a full refund because of the issue, which I didn't even ask for, so I knew how much they cared about their customers' satisfactory. I’ve been ordering flowers from Le Fleural in Valley Village for the past year and a half, and I can confidently say this place is incredible. Gil, the owner, is so sweet, thoughtful, and thorough—he truly cares about every detail. The prices are amazing for the quality, and the arrangements always exceed expectations. Every time I’ve sent flowers for a special occasion, people have commented on how fresh and beautiful they are. I highly, highly recommend Le Fleural for any occasion!
