Gretchen provides a spacious and welcoming, beautiful atmosphere. She takes time with every step of the process - hair wash, scalp massage, haircut, styling and drying. She's great at taking care of naturally curly hair, and is also just super personable, a good listener, and fun to chat with. Highly recommend!! 💖👑✨
