If I could give 0 I would. Took my little sister prom dress shopping (She was very excited) when ringing around every other shop they was all so lovely and booked in appointments where they had possible. This shop abruptly said ‘we only have 2:30 today so does she know what colour and style?’ I said ‘she wants either blue, or pink and corset top with Detailed frilly bottom’ she said ‘yes but is she buying it today?’ I explained if she would one she liked, she would purchase. Phoned two days before appointment and spoke to a lovely lady regarding prom dresses. I explained about my daughter, her size, that she didn't know what style she wanted nor the colour and was told that wasn't a problem. Arrived for a Saturday afternoon appointment and was greeted by someone who wasn't the person I spoke to on the phone. This person was very unhelpful and quite frankly rude.
