I’m so upset, I tried to take my 6 year old daughter to get her hair detangled and washed and we waited for an hour before they even looked at her hair and then they brought us back to the sink. The woman looked at her hair, said this will be a problem, and just took out a dry brush and started going at my daughter’s head. So of course my daughter cries immediately.
