J’adore m’entraîner à La Fitnesserie! Ils proposent une belle variété de cours : musculation, yoga, pilates, HIIT, circuits… il y en a pour tous les goûts. L’ambiance est toujours positive, les gens sont sympathiques et ouverts, la musique nous motive, et les coachs sont très qualifiés, adaptant les exercices selon le niveau ou les blessures de chacun. Quelle belle découverte à Verdun !
