This gym was automatically charging my senior mother for personal training sessions. So she thought she had a certain number of sessions. They kept renewing her (charging her card) sessions. The trainer is fine. The problem is that they automatically charged an elderly woman without her consent.v
I never applied for a membership here, but they used my credit card information from my Gold's membership (which should be illegal). After coming in to cancel the membership they said I was good to go, a couple of weeks later I get charged for the next month. Calling in they after unhelpful and just bounce you to another LA fitness. Considering contacting an attorney.
