Cant even enjoy a hot shower. The hot water keeps turning off and on. The gym equipment are always all over the place and you have to search for them. Their pools havent been fixed since forever. And the staff suck at customer service.
Terrible staff. Rude and arrogant. No hot water in the pool or the whirlpool. They shut the hot water on you after 5 minutes in the shower too. Stay away.
They shut the water off on you in the middle of your shower. They never heat the pool since I got there. The same with the whirlpool. The weights are always gone and the mats are always being used or you have to go around the whole gym to find one. They never greet me anymore and actually give me dirty looks as I’m walking in and out. Cheapskates. Don’t bother signing up to this Linden location. I would even suggest to not even to bother signing up to any LA Fitness. Too bad I can’t give negative stars.
