The personal training program at this location is amazing. As a female 50+ first timer, my trainer Diana, is not only patient but has done a thorough job introducing me to the world of resistance training. The other trainers are also helpful and assist with form and use of the machines when I'm training alone. I would recommend this location and program to anyone "on the fence"!!!!
David is awesome! And I think his name is Luis the gentleman that signed me up. Highly recommend their personal trainer sessions! Really makes a difference.

Me gusta el espacio, es amplio y bien organizado; el ambiente es tranquilo. Finalizando la tarde suele haber bastante gente pero es igual en la mayoría de gimnasios. Un poco costoso comparado a otros pero la cercanía y, hasta ahora, calidad del servicio justifican pagar más. La atención es buena. Es una lástima que algunas personas que son clientes no recojan o boten a la basura el papel con el que limpian/desinfectan las máquinas. Teniendo en cuenta eso, quienes trabajan allí y limpian podrían estar. pendientes de eso.
