Greetings, I would like to leave a quick assessment on the fitness center I continue to enjoy. La Fitness on Prosperity Rd. is in an excellent location. Its pretty wonderful using updated equipment and the space is quite amazing being the facility has very heavy traffic. Overall - acceptable & mostly enjoyable with this location staffs, after 4 months being a member at LA FITNESS - 3024 PROSPERITY CHURCH ROAD UNIT A - CHARLOTTE, NC 28269. The only major disappointment for many members including me is that: Then Men Sauna Heater Has Been Down for more than 6 weeks as of today, Tue-Aug 12, 2025. Many repeated EXCUSES - BLAMBING & no solid Solution from various staffs.
Men's sauna and hot tub been down for more than a month. Avoid paying premium, you won't get all the amenities promoted.
If you want all amenities that come with your membership don't go here. Amenities been down for months.
The sauna has been out of service going on 2 months.
