I’ve been using the personal trainer program for about a year and a half. Before working with John, my trainers were hit or miss and had limited availability, so I actually tried to cancel my training altogether. I believe that the managerial team could do really better regarding the men's bathroom and sauna. It's very often quite unsanitary .
I have had a membership several times at this gym, which is at a convenient location to my house. However, this year I contracted weekly personal training sessions in addition to my membership. The experience became unbearable. I was training with John B (personal trainer). His mannerisms were very patronizing, condescending, arrogant and very haughty. This place sucks The aerial manager at the front desk is extremely disrespectful. Don’t go to this gym. It is also dirty with things never working properly
