I usually don’t post reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. The Director of Fitness (CD) at the Donald Ross LA Fitness has made my experience here very disappointing. Instead of creating a welcoming and respectful environment, CD often comes across as dismissive and unprofessional when members try to communicate concerns.
