I’ve been a member of LA Fitness for a while, but my recent experience at the Brick location left me seriously disappointed—specifically because of how the manager, Rodney, handled a simple situation. I accidentally dropped my car keys (which also have my house keys) inside one of the StairMaster machines. I went to the front desk for help.
