When my card expired LA fitness called me non stop and then found a way without my knowledge to get my new card and keep charging. I’m the only person on the account. Spoke to membership service who said the bank must have gave it to them but they didn’t document it. Be careful giving them your financial information.
This location In Kuykendahl Spring TX is very unorganized. Saturday October 4, 2025 they opened 10 minutes late. Today Sunday Oct 5 , 2025 they opened at 8:35. Please hire more responsible people to work here. I am updating my reviews. Since my last review this location is improved and so far they opening on time.
The gym is good but the actual manager is treating people like they are stupid, very rude!!!!
First the positive. Clean. Nice,warm pool Please keep the dues high to attract quality clients. Now the negative. Just not crazy about three things. Guys who think they have to have conversations on their phones in the sauna. It's rude and disrespectful . Stay off speaker phone. We dont want to hear your drama. Thats not a problem anymore, since the sauna has been closed since june 2023. As of March 2025, STILL CLOSED!
