Thank you Yuri Luvelo for helping me with my membership! I have been a member for almost 10 years. Probably more and pay my monthly account religiously. I was having trouble with my account due to fraud and was told by another member that I could not go into the gym until it was paid. Even after I told her that it was going to be paid early next week. To me that is horrible customer service. Especially to long time members. Thank you Yuri for helping me. If I could leave more stars I would!!

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this LA Fitness Signature location. I'm already a member and normally go to a different location, but my wife and I stopped by to check this gym out since she was interested in seeing the facility. Unfortunately, our experience with Mya at the front desk was very unwelcoming. She came across as disrespectful and made us feel like we were being pushed away rather than welcomed. Clean Wonderful experience no complaints
ATTENTION PARENTS: DO NOT send your child here. My son was exposed to pornography by one of the staff members on her laptop. There are strict policies against allowing staff to have electronics out or allow a child to be on one of their personal devices. Not only did she have it out, but she allowed him to play games on it where he accidently clicked on an open tab of her naked.
