So I'm like 6+ months into going to this gym. Mark set me up and was very personable and helpful. ***To date, 3 May 2026, mgmt has not replied to this review or fixed this disgusting sauna which should be shutdown for a weekend to fix. Lately though, there was a closure of the pool area by the health dept. Idk what the issue exactly was, there wasn't communication with us about that and it left me feeling a little irked. Cancel? Good luck. LA Fitness made cancelling my personal training membership one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. I tried for a week to reach Corinne, the person I was told handled cancellations. She did not return my calls until she finally called me back and told me I could come in and cancel with anybody.
