As of today, 11/14/25, the current manager at the front desk was very unpleasant in the way she approached me. She was mean and unprofessional, and she does not seem to know how to communicate with customers. She should not be a manager at all.
The water in this swimming pool is very dirty. I got an infection after coming back, don’t come here.
Jesus was a superstar at helping my girlfriend get setup with a guest pass. This was also my first time at this LA Location and I was already super impressed with the size and staff compared to the Everett location. Went from 3-4pm and the crowd was manageable with the amount of equipment this location has. Will definitely be visiting this location more often when I’m in the area!
Warning about unauthorized charges! Be careful — LA Fitness in Lynnwood charged my credit card for Pilates classes I never signed up for, for three consecutive months. When I disputed the charges, they said they wouldn’t refund the previous payments and would only stop charging from the date I noticed the issue.
