Warning to anyone thinking about joining this gym: Save your money and your sanity. This past Monday was the third time in a single month that the gym failed to open on time. Doors are supposed to open at 5:00 AM, but this time, members stood outside waiting until 6:15 AM. That’s over an hour lost—again. Several times I have arrived at the gym at 5 AM to start my workout. And there was no one to open the gym. Once the gym was opened by the cleaning lady. I feel that the gym while it is in decent shape is poorly managed. No one should go to an establishment and find that it is not open at its appointed time.
I really do not like to do poor reviews and disappointed to write this. For the second time in less than a month no one showed up to open the gym at 5am. If the regular opener, Brian (who is wonderful) is off the gym does not open in time. This also happened on a Sat and it wouldn’t have opened if Brian didn’t show up to work out and end up having to work so the gym would open. Love the facility. The staff are top notch addressing the cleanliness and organization of facility which is a huge plus. One recommendation is to address the AC in the spin room. The system has been inconsistent when it comes to reliability. Recently, several of the spin classes have been cancelled because of the AC being offline, especially during the peak summer months.
