These guys make it literally impossible to close membership unless in person. I moved out of state and they refuse to cancel membership unless I fly back in person. To management: Mark from front desk just hung on me after requesting to close my membership. I informed him I do not reside in state and refused to assist, before I could ask for supervisor he just hung up. I am forced to notify my credit card company.
