I don't think they turn AC on. It's hot inside every time I visit
I enjoy the classes it feels like meditation just clear my mind and listen and do the work. The Denton gym is my favorite. The teachers are really top shelf and inspirational.

This gym has really gone downhill since I joined in April. The place is filthy. The womens restrooms had trash everyhwere. The trash bin was overflowing on a Saturday morning. The carpet upstairs has a foul odor I cannot even go up there anymore. The front staff member working could not help with a basic account issue. I cant wait to find a new gym.
8/13/25 Cycle room is too cold during classes. The music is too damn loud for a closed room. The teacher has the microphone overdriven that it is distorted over the music (noise). If you've turned the AC down to 60°F why do you need the fan? This is a gym, not a cool down room.
