Elena Heine is the worst part of LA Fitness. She is rude and unpleasant and should not be allowed to work with people.
I’ve had a fantastic experience at LA Fitness! The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety of machines and free weights so I never feel limited in my workouts. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with questions or give tips. The locker rooms are spacious and tidy, and I feel comfortable and safe every time I go. Please get new mop heads for the cleaner. There are 10 strings hanging on for dear life!! That is all. Love the gym!
We moved to the area last week from out of state and have been trying to find our new gym, since we are avid lifters and runners. We have plenty of options to explore in the immediate area, but this location stuck out to us most. LA Fitness offers a 3 day trial online, and we signed up for it only to be turned away upon arriving to this location because we didn’t have Texas state licenses.
