Zero chance of getting positive energy from the staff. The vibe is very consistent among the team — hate the customers, hate the job. Advice to you: just cancel membership if you aren’t happy, because th minute you tell them something they don’t want to hear, they will cancel you on their own anyway. Your membership to them is just a number. You are just an inconvenience
I singed up with LA fitness Shelby TWP 4 years ago and ever since they always have problem with Steam Room / Sauna. Steam room is the only thing why I signed up with LA due to my sinus problem. every year they have problem with Steam Room but all year of 2025 he steam room was not working. I called Corporate service rep Mason he was very rude and didn't care about the call.
