Nice staff, always clean, like the sauna and all the equipment. Great place to work out
This review is not about the gym but the Lady trainer she just came to my work where I am working literally 5 minutes away and I am a trainer too but they way she approached me was really really awkward and disrespectful and she was literally trowing away the staffs she wanted to buy how kind a trainer she is with this bad attitude if she wants to train me and I al a student I would never ever would train with her Please the management need to make here behave godo not such
I've been coming to this gym for the last week. And been using the personal trainer, and they have helped me with my inspiration in my routine to stay focused on bettering my body. And they are very intelligent and have shared collaborations with the sports medicine level of therapy to help me recover from my spinal degeneration and gain the strength back.
