Dominque is great very informative and professional she assisted me with my membership and explained everything to me in detail anytime I go there she is always so friendly and kind . We need more people like her . Thank u for all u do
The OM(Dominque) is disrespectful and may seem to be helpful but she could not care less about anything you have to say. Your issues and complaints matter! Go over the managers head and contact the DOM or someone who will actually make a change. The men’s room was not cleaned for at least three days before someone did something besides take out the trashes. Machines are consistently dusty and the floors do not get mopped often enough. I have been going to this gym since it opened, and I love it. The machines are kept up, and the gym is cleaned regularly. The staff is great, and we recently had our granddaughter in the child care for a few months, and the girls there did a wonderful job. I love the atmosphere here, as I am older, and there is a wide age range here. I can also go to MSF, but feel out of place, and the atmosphere there seems snobbish.
