Johnny Zamora was a wonderful trainer. I started my fitness journey with an ankle injury. He recognized immediately the difficulty and pain I was having doing the exercises. He suggested aqua exercises. This was the answer for me. I was able to do the exercises with no pain. This made me more mobile once we started the weights and bike. I’m not using the cane anymore and the exercises are easier. I owe him a lot.
