If I could give them a negative rating I would. My elderly father was happy I purchased him a membership at this location to regain his health. They convinced him to buy a weekly training package. They consistently canceled his sessions due to a lack of staff to the point he was behind 25 sessions in 6 months (2 sessions weekly). They fired and changed trainers like you change underwear.
