Worst customer service by the front desk people. My friend gave me a guest pass so that I can join the gym. previously I have a black card from planet fitness it was good as my friend said the Frisco branch has lot of machines and equipment I came here but totally disappointed by this brand
They have a maintenance problem. The sauna was closed for over a year, and the spa is also closed for a couple of months now, and even today the pool was closed. Cancelled membership
The sauna is finally open! I'm here mainly for the pool, so far it's has been working out for me because I do have the luxury of avoiding the lesson time and almost have the pool to myself. My kids like the machines, they usually can find machines available. I love the Sunday morning Yoga led by Trey, good flow that every level can follow. Great gym! Willie helped me get a full customer experience. Very nice and helpful at the counter.
The gym is nice, but very packed, they have some space to expand and hope to see it one day. But the purpose of this review is to share the epic battle that transpired in the locker room. The cleaning staff are always on point. This night was no different. As I walked to use the sauna a saw a huge cockroach! He was massive maybe 2 inches long. I tried to stomp it but he was too fast.
