The doctor made me start working out at a gym. Yuck! I did not want to; I like to be outdoors, running, walking, bike riding. But Kyra Franz, Operations Manager, and Chris Quintanan, Membership Manager have totally changed my mind, heart, and muscles about gyms. :) Not of the techy gen, they helped me get the membership on my phone.
